How long after the treatment finished we can enter the home?
Generally, you can re-enter the property as soon as the spray has completely dried. This will depend on the weather conditions and other factors and will be from 30 minutes in most cases to couple of hours if the weather is cold. We will tell you about that time at the time of inspection.

Before having the pest control done, it is important that you clean the floors. This will provide a nice clean surface which will helps effectiveness of the chemicals.
To ensure that the pesticide we use have the best chance at eliminating pests and their colonies, we ask you to avoid mopping floors right up to the wall edge for the first 6-8 weeks to protect invisible pesticide barrier to stay there for as long as possible.
How do you apply the chemicals?
There are many ways and methods for pest control application. To determine the best action, we first conduct a comprehensive inspection of your home and then make some recommendation to prevent future reappearance of pests.
We generally use a combination of spray treatments, gel applications, dust or baits around the home in various areas to provide a thorough and safe way of eliminating a wide range of pests from your home.
How to prepare your home for pest control?
- All open food and water containers need to be covered or removed (we prefer them to be removed from benches where possible).
- we ask all pets be removed from your home for duration of the treatment. If you have a fish tank, please make sure it is covered as well.
- For maximising the effectiveness of the chemicals, the house should be as clean as possible before our treatment.
