Thank you for choosing Shine Carpet & Pest Services for your cleaning needs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Service Agreement: Shine Carpet & Pest Services will provide services in accordance with the scope of work and schedule agreed upon with the client.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, cards, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Please note there will be surcharge for ANY card payment, Afterpay and Zip payments.
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Liability: Shine Carpet & Pest Services is insured and bonded. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear on carpets or upholstery. Please inform us of any items or areas that require special care.
- Safety Policy: Our employees are trained to follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Please inform us of any hazards or safety concerns on your property.
Pets: We love pets, but for their safety and ours, we ask that all pets be secured or kept in a separate area during cleaning appointments.
Communication: We value clear and open communication with our clients. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.
Zip Pay terms and conditions:
Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and
charges subject to change. T&Cs apply. Credit provided by ZipMoney Payments Pty Ltd (ABN 58 164 440 993), Australian Credit Licence
