Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Shine Carpet & Pest Services for your cleaning needs. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Service Agreement: Shine Carpet & Pest Services will provide services in accordance with the scope of work and schedule agreed upon with the client.

  2. Payment: Payment is due at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, cards, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Please note there will be surcharge for ANY card payment, Afterpay and Zip payments.

  3. Cancellation Policy: A $198 cancellation fee applies to any booking that is cancelled or rescheduled less than one (1) week prior to the scheduled service date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

  4. Liability: Shine Carpet & Pest Services is insured and bonded. However, we are not responsible for damage to items that are not properly secured or for any pre-existing damage or wear and tear on carpets or upholstery. Please inform us of any items or areas that require special care.

  5. Safety Policy: Our employees are trained to follow all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Please inform us of any hazards or safety concerns on your property.
  6. Pets: We love pets, but for their safety and ours, we ask that all pets be secured or kept in a separate area during cleaning appointments.

  7. Communication: We value clear and open communication with our clients. Please feel free to contact us with any questions or concerns.

 

Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions:

  • The gift certificate is issued by Shine Carpet & Pest Services and is valid for use on a future booking only. It cannot be redeemed on the same day the original job is completed.

  • Only one (1) gift certificate may be used per booking.

  • The gift certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

  • The gift certificate must be mentioned at the time of booking and presented before the service is carried out.

  • The gift certificate is valid for 2 years from the date of issue. Any unused value after the expiry date will be forfeited.

  • The gift certificate may be transferred to another person, but it cannot be resold.

  • The gift certificate is void if altered, copied, damaged, or used without authorisation.

  • Redemption is subject to service availability, location within our service area, and standard booking terms.

 
 

Zip Pay terms and conditions:

Minimum monthly repayments are required. A monthly account fee of $9.95 applies and is subject to change. Pay your closing balance in full by the due date each month and we’ll waive the fee.
Available to approved applicants only and subject to completion of satisfactory credit assessment. Other charges may be payable. Fees and

Note: eCommerce sites that use the Zip hosted on-site messaging widget have already been updated. To ensure ongoing compliance consider switching to avoid future manual updates.
